    Aída prides herself on being a C3 Leader – Communication+Committment+Community, the foundation that makes a successful transaction for all.

    With over 14 years professional experience providing a discreet, personal, high touch concierge level of service to my clientele, a proven savvy negotiator facilitating many complex sales.

    Developed niche market partnering with corporations offering relocation and destination services to newly arriving senior executive level ex-pats.  Inclusive of providing all things necessary to settle into new US way of life i.e. obtaining SS#, opening bank accounts, school registration, touring area, shopping, car purchase, ESL classes, etc. in addition to finding a new home.

    Expanding my real estate expertise in the ever-changing market demands, I have earned the designation of a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) to better serve the incoming ex-pats and represent investors for purchase properties abroad.  Additionally, obtained certification of a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist to better assist property trustees, beneficiaries in the arduous probate process.

    I thrive in working with many diverse communities.  Being a first generation American, fluent in Spanish and conversational Portuguese, I’m empathetic to the newly transplanted, national and international clientele.  Effective, thorough communication helps put new residents at ease in properly educating them on the home buying process.

    Whether purchasing or selling your home, “raising the standard” is my trademark commitment to the level of service you can anticipate with my representation.  Accomplished in selling homes from the Midwest to West Coast, exceeding expectations throughout the transaction providing clear, accurate guidance.

    Originally from the Midwest, with first career in the corporate sector working in varied capacities of sales and marketing within the international division of several pharmaceutical companies. Transitioning to Real Estate in 2005, has brought me new challenges that I have enjoyed learning and succeeding along the way.

    When not helping buyers or sellers, I enjoy playing tennis, learning to appreciate golf, hiking, sprint triathlons, horse riding, volunteering, travelling, exploring all what this Bay Area has to offer -so fortunate to live here!
